Does it matter if they get comic book movies right? Makes a good point - I think as long as they throw in a few comic book nerd references, that'll keep them happy.

The thing that always gets me is that comics are full of brilliant and well written stories which may only need slight tweaks to transfer to the big screen but rather than use those, they totally rewrite them or just make up new stuff. The end result is usually shite.

One I'd love to see done is Kingdom Come. Never happen tho...

That has to be my longest blogging hiatus yet I think! I have ben busy and also on holiday for a week but more than anything I think I've been suffering blogger burnout. Guess I've been at it for 8 years or so now and everyone needs a break sometime.

I skipped through bits of the BBCs new Sturday night prime time viewing earlier today - 100 Ways to Leave a Gameshow. I was going to write a proper blog about it but someone else has pretty much summed up my thoughts.

The bit I found most annoying was when the host says:

"I'm going to tell you which is the wrong answer in 5... (3 second gap).. 4.... (3 second gap).. etc.... 0..... And the wrong answer............ is.................................purple!"

If there is anyone left watching this drivel after week ten they need to be rounded up and shot. It's for thier own good.
